 Help Q: Do you offer refunds on your screen savers?
A: Since our screen savers are shareware and you can download and try them for 30 days for free, we do not usually offer refunds on them?
If you do have problems after registering, please let me know.
Q: I have registered my screen saver, but I still see the registration screen, what do I do?
A: You need to enter the registration code that I sent you by email.
The registration code is case sensitive, so you need to enter it exactly as it is in the email I sent you.
Q: I want to register a screen saver, what do I do?
A: Find the screen saver you want and add it to your shopping cart.
Once the item is added to your cart, you can check out.
Q: How do I pay for my orders?
A: You can pay online with Visa or Master Card through Pay Pal.
Q: I didn't give a valid e-mail address when I placed my order, will I receive my registration information?
A: NO, if you don't provide a valid e-mail address, I have no way of sending your registration information? If you did not provide a email address, please contact me so I know where to send your registration code.
Q: I registered the wrong screen saver, can I exchange it for the correct one?
A: If you are not sure which screen saver you have, check the name in your selection of screen savers? If I haven't sent your registration information and you contact me before I send it, I will do an exchange?
Q: I've registered my screen saver and it was completed, but I haven't received my registration code, what do I do?
A: I personally send out all registration codes, so please allow me 24 hours.
Q: I've downloaded a screen saver from this web site or another download site, how do I install it?
A: Our screen savers come in a zip file that are self extracting. To install the screen savers, go to where you saved the file and double click the icon and it will install the screen saver.
Q: How do I remove a screen saver from my computer?
A: To remove our screen savers: Click start and go to settings. Click control panel. Double click add/remove programs. Scroll down, click the screen saver Click add/remove.
That will remove the screen saver.
Q: The music doesn't work in the screen saver, what do I do?
A: First make sure you have entered your registration code.
Most of the music in the screen savers will not work until the registration code has been entered.
To check the music: Click start, go to settings, click control panel. In your control panel, double click display. In your display properties, click screen savers. Select the screen saver and click settings and make sure Enable Sound is checked.
If that doesn't help, try this: Click start, go to programs, Accessories, Entertainment, Volume Control. Make sure none of the boxes are muted and the volume level is up.
Q: My problem isn't listed here, what do I do?
