A: Since our screen savers are shareware and you can download and preview them for 30 days for free, we do not offer refunds on them?
Q: I want to register a screen saver, what do I do?
A: Find the screen saver you want and add it to your shopping cart.
Once the item is added to your cart, you can check out.
Q: How do I pay for my orders?
A: You can pay online with Visa or Master Card through Pay Pal. We also accept Pay Pal.
You can also pay for your order by mail using a personal check or money order.
Q: If I want to pay by mail, why do I have to place an order on this web site?
A: When you place your order, you'll receive an invoice. You need to mail a copy of the invoice with your payment, so Yes, you need to place the order from our web site.
Q: I didn't give a valid e-mail address when I placed my order, will I receive my registration information?
A: NO, if you don't provide a valid e-mail address, I have no way of sending your registration information?

Q: I registered the wrong screen saver, can I exchange it for the correct one?
A: If you are not sure which screen saver you have, check the name in your selection of screen savers?
We do not offer exchanges if you order the wrong one?
If I haven't sent your registration information and you contact me before I send it, I will do an exchange?
Q: I've registered my screen saver and it still says its unregistered, what do I do?
A: If your registration was completed, I would have sent you an e-mail containing your registration code.
Follow the directions in the e-mail to enter your registration code.
Q: I've registered my screen saver and it was completed, but I haven't received my registration code, what do I do?
A:I personally send out all registration codes, so please allow me 48 hours.
Q: I decide to pay for my order by mail with a personal check or money order and I haven't received my order, what do I do?
A: Mail orders take ten business days to process from the time we receive payment.
We don't process mail orders until the payment has time to clear our bank?
If you don't receive your registration after 10 - 15 business days, contact me and let me know and I'll check it out?
Q: I've downloaded a screen saver from this web site, how do I install it?
A: Our screen savers come in a zip file that are self extracting.
To install the screen savers, go to where you saved the file and double click the icon and it will install the screen saver.
Q: I've downloaded a screen saver from AOL computing, how do I install it?
A: First, You'll need to sign off of AOL to unzip the files. Now go to where you saved the file and open the screen savers folder?
You will find the installer in that folder. Double click the set up icon to install the screen saver.
Q: How do I remove a screen saver from my computer?
A: To remove our screen savers:
Click start and go to settings.
Click control panel.
Double click add/remove programs.
Scroll down, click the screen saver
Click add/remove.
That will remove the screen saver.
Q: The music doesn't work in the screen saver, what do I do?
A: To check the music:
Click start, go to settings, click control panel.
In your control panel, double click display.
In your display properties, click screen savers.
Select the screen saver and click settings and make sure Enable Sound is checked.
If that doesn't help, try this:
Click start, go to programs, Accessories, Entertainment, Volume Control.
Make sure none of the boxes are muted and the volume level is up.
Q: My problem isn't listed here, what do I do?
